Every two years the state has an Aware Fair for deaf/hoh/deafblind people (and hearing people), where there are booths with information about deafness, different services available (VRS, relay, interpreting, etc), vendors, and entertainment.  I went my freshman year, and it was a blast.  I got lots of cool freebies, saw some storytellers, and ( Read more... )
